If there is not a house available, submit the form on our contact page with the type of house you would like to live in and we will begin looking for that type of property.

To speed up the process, ask for an application, or download one from our renters page. We will be glad to send a rental agreement for you to look at. If all is to your approval, when we get a property, we will contact you first.

Financing

While we work with both the buyers and sellers, we do our best to speed up who we can move into the property quickly before they complete the tedious loan application and loan processing delays.

We work with all types of buyers and situations. Some need time to alleviate a shortage of down payment or may need time to solve credit issues.

After they move in we work with lenders to get them “seasoned”, so they can qualify for a new loan and then buy the property.
